It is forbidden to wash the shower with boiling water: high temperature spoils the film, leads to yellowing of the plastic, and black spots may appear on chrome parts.
Causes of contamination of plumbing

Tap water contains salts, metals, rust, which worsen the condition of the pipelines. Untreated water leaves yellow spots on white faience.
Clogged filters installed on faucets cannot fully perform their functions.
Protective coating is deformed by aggressive chemical compounds.
Incorrect shower contents, as a result of which liquid and foam constantly accumulate at the bottom.

Handy tools for cleaning the shower enclosure

Dissolve a little citric acid in 200 ml of water and spray the mixture on the bottom of the tank. Wipe with a soft cloth and rinse.
To clean stains on chrome areas, use a small amount of toothpaste applied to a cloth. After rubbing, rinse off the remaining product with water.
Vinegar diluted with water in a ratio of one to one helps to cope with dirt and fungus.
To restore the mirror shine to the glass and wash away the separation of drops, you need to wipe the surfaces with alcohol.
Among the purchased products, choose gel-like cleaning compositions and apply them without undue effort so as not to push through the material and not remove the film.
Preventive cleaning measures
It is recommended to thoroughly clean the shower cabin at least once a week:
alcohol emulsions are suitable for cleaning glass, they should be rubbed with a cotton cloth;
treat areas with mold with chlorine;
remove debris from the drain;
disinfect the tray with bleach or a creamy chemical.
After you have taken a shower, rinse off the foam first with hot water and then with cold. Blot the wet areas with a microfiber, dry cloth. Ventilate the bathroom, turn on the ventilation.
